‘Splinter Cell: Deathwatch’ starring Liev Schreiber renewed for Season 2 at Netflix

Netflix renewed Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch for a second season.

Based on the “Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell” video game franchise, the adult animated series stars Liev Schreiber as Sam Fisher, with Kirby Howell-Baptiste as Zinnia Mckenna. Additional voice cast members include Janet Varney, Helen Hong, Kari Wahlgren, Joel Oulette, Aleks Le, Kiff VandenHeuvel, Bella Dayne, and Navid Negahban.

The streaming service said in a synopsis: “In this first-ever adaptation of the acclaimed stealth video game franchise Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, legendary agent Sam Fisher (Liev Schreiber) is drawn back into the field when a wounded young operative seeks out his help.”

‘John Wick’ creator Derek Kolstad is the series writer and executive producer for Splinter Cell: Deathwatch.
