Homeless Prevention Council-Lets Talk About Tomorrow

The Homeless Prevention Council will be hosting an informational session for older adults, “Let’s Talk About Tomorrow.”

This event is free and open to Lower/Outer Cape residents from Harwich to Provincetown. The purpose of Let’s Talk about Tomorrow is for older adults to learn about their options for housing as they age, before they reach a crisis point.

Let’s Talk About Tomorrow will bring increased awareness about senior housing options on the Lower & Outer Cape, encourage attendees to be proactive about housing-related decisions for later in life, and connect them to the resources available in our community, including HPC’s case managers.
